Within the essay, the quote ‘all of the butterflies and adrenaline highs’ was written describe the energy we feel in the beginning phases of our experiences and of relationships. butterflies rising was addressing the way that she feels there is often a negative view about this energy, and she feels we should live in the moment and enjoy this energy and that we can even sustain it.
